At Vabachaka, we aim to deliver your fashion choices quickly, safely, and affordably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


🚚 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India using Shiprocket as our primary logistics aggregator. Through Shiprocket, your orders are delivered via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, and others.


⏳ 2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, festivals).

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above β‚Ή799.
  • For orders below β‚Ή799, a flat shipping charge of β‚Ή49 will apply.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may incur an additional β‚Ή30 handling fee.

🧾 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track your order under β€œMy Account > Orders”.


πŸ”„ 6. Delays & Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Courier delays, natural disasters, or strikes.
  • Missed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

✏️ 7. Change in Shipping Address

If you need to update the shipping address before dispatch, please email us immediately at vabachaka25@gmail.com

❌ 8. Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we’ll contact you. Reshipping may require an extra charge.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us with order ID, photos (if damaged), and issue description.
  • We will coordinate with the courier and offer a suitable resolution: replacement, refund, or store credit.
