🚫 1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping:
  You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

• After Shipping:
  Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. However, you may request a return once the item is delivered (as per Return Policy).
• Prepaid Orders:
  Full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
  COD orders can be cancelled before shipping. No refund is needed as no payment is taken in advance.

💸 2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You received the wrong product or wrong size.
• The product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault.
• You raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ No refunds will be processed if:

• The item is used, washed, or returned without original packaging/tags.
• The return request is made after the 7-day window.
• The reason is “change of mind” without any product issue.

⏳ 3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
• Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days of approval.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, etc.).
COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after collecting your payment details.

📦 4. Return Pickup

• We offer return pickups through our delivery partner Shiprocket.
• Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.
• If pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will guide you to self-ship the product. In such cases, shipping cost reimbursement (up to ₹50) may apply.
